Rule changes

1)    Add to Rules - to insure the club does not pay tournament payout on a member delinquent on dues.  Did not Pass

Monthly Dues – At the first meeting of the year members will be required to pay one (1) months tournament dues up front along with their 1st monthly tournament dues.  These advance dues will be used to cover that member not paying their dues for one month or not paying non-boater fees for a tournament.

Administration of advance dues.  The club will pay tournament payout based on the delinquent member being on the roster.  At the next meeting after the tournament, if the member has not paid in full, he will forfeit that months dues and be immediately removed from the roster.  After removal, payouts will be based on the active roster, which will be minus that member.

Return to roster.  To return to roster, the delinquent member will be required to pay all back dues, plus a $10 penalty fee.  For members off the roster more than 1 month, the additional penalty per month will be $5 per month not to exceed $10 in additional late charges.  For example: A member off the roster for 5 months will not pay more than $20 in late charges.

It will be the Treasurer’s responsibility to notify the Club officers of the delinquent member.  There will be no vote to remove the member from the roster.  If the member wishes to go non-active, then the club will vote on that member going inactive but the member will still be responsible for any back dues before being voted inactive.
